A Year in Review: 2015’s Customer Success Stories

Since we first opened the doors to Ross Mortgage in 1949, we’ve been committed to providing superior service to our customers. 2015 was no different than any other year, as we were able to help dozens of customers, all with unique stories and situations. From helping a customer secure his dream home to helping another refinance her mortgage, here are our favorite customer success stories from 2015:

 

Back in June my girlfriend and I purchased our first home together. The process for us in the beginning with another mortgage company was nothing less than frustrating. After speaking with Gaila McManus, she was able to turn everything around for us in no time. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions, plus some. She prepared us for things we wouldn’t have ever considered and really made us feel important. Jon Stirling finished the loan process flawlessly for us. He was extremely patient and understanding. We would not have been able to get things done in the short amount of time without them and we would refer anyone to Ross Mortgage. “In July 2014 I reached out to Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency regarding the issues I was having with my then current mortgage company. They referred me to your company to seek a loan officer that could work with me on a game plan that would make me possibly eligible for a refinance.
