One of Our Own Receives Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association 40 Under 40 Award

We believe in celebrating our team’s successes, which is why we’re proud to announce that our very own senior loan officer, Tim Pascarella, was recently recognized with the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association’s (MMLA) first ever 40 Under 40 award.
The inaugural award was created by MMLA to spotlight young professionals in the real estate finance industry. The award is a highly competitive honor, as MMLA received nearly 80 nominations while searching for potential candidates. The nominees were chosen based on evaluating their involvement with the association, participation in industry-related events and other external recognitions.
Tim joined the rest of the MMLA 40 Under 40 nominees at the MMLA Legislative/MORBANPAC Luncheon on May 11 at Eagle Eye in Bath, Michigan to celebrate their successes.
