Ross Remarks: Grosse Pointe Mom Shares Her Ross Mortgage Experience
Holly is our first brave customer to volunteer to share her experience on our blog about working with Ross Mortgage. Holly is a busy stay-at-home mom who juggles raising two young boys and working from home as a public relations freelancer.
Holly and her husband have moved across the state of Michigan several times since they got married and have had experience working with several different mortgage companies throughout the course of their moving history. Holly and her husband first heard about us two years ago when they moved to Grosse Pointe, MI through their real estate agent, Alex Lucido of Lucido Real Estate. Since they trusted Alex’s recommendation, they decided to check out the many services we offer.
After doing some shopping around, they felt Ross Mortgage had the most competitive rates and services out of all the metro Detroit mortgage companies they researched.
Kelley Ross, our vice president and senior loan officer, assisted Holly and her husband throughout the course of the loan application process and helped them obtain a 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan. Although applying for a mortgage loan can often be a complicated and confusing process, Holly said, “Kelley made the process easier by taking the time to answer any questions we had and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand.”
Holly went on to share that Kelley was very accessible and was always available to answer any questions they had. On the day their loan was supposed to close, Holly’s husband had some last minute questions. Even though he called after hours, Kelley had returned his phone call within 10 minutes. She even offered Holly and her husband additional credits to lower their closing costs.
Holly and her husband were so impressed with the service Kelley had given them that they decided to use us again to refinance their loan. Holly continues to be impressed by the exceptional after-sales service she receives, and when asked if she would recommend Ross Mortgage to her friends and family, Holly responded: “Absolutely, without hesitation.”
