Buying a home is arguably one of the biggest, and most important, purchases a person will make in their lifetime. Like most people, when I’m spending a large sum of money, I want to receive a business’ undivided attention, responsiveness, professionalism and sincerity. I’m happy to say that I received all four of these qualities during my recent experience with Ross Mortgage.
Prior to the recent purchase of my home, I was living in an apartment. I got married a few years ago and was ready for an upgrade because we wanted to have a nice house to call our own. When deciding if I should continue to rent or buy a house, it became evident that homeownership was the right choice for us because a mortgage payment would be less than what we were currently paying for rent! Once we decided to buy, it was time to start our journey on the road to homeownership.
My real estate agent told me about Ross Mortgage, and I’m so happy they did. Like I’ve said, customer service is of the utmost importance to me. Lucky for me, Ross Mortgage’s service was unparalleled. Their team gave me clear, concise answers to every question I asked—and I had a lot of questions! There’s no such thing as a stupid question, and they listened to, and quickly answered, everything I asked.
When it came to choosing which loan option was right for me, the Ross Mortgage team put themselves in my shoes and went through each available financing option until they found the right fit for me. Ultimately, I financed my home with an FHA loan.
Working with Ross Mortgage, a family-owned business, was refreshing because I was always conversing with an actual human being, rather than being treated like another number in the system. It was nice to have an actual connection with this business. Even though I wasn’t my loan officer’s only customer, they made me feel like I was with the level of responsive and personable service provided.
I’m thankful I chose Ross Mortgage as my lender because everyone was helpful and communicative. I think I received more emails during my home buying experience than I have since emailing was invented! It was truly a great experience. If I’m spending my money, I want the company’s attention and I want to know what is happening every step along the way. The Ross Mortgage team did exactly that, and I love them for it.
The level of service was outstanding. Due to my past work experience, I know what it’s like to be a leader and manager, so I expect a certain level of service.
