Ross Mortgage Continues To Raise The Bar With Successes In 2017
We’re quickly closing in on the end of 2017, and while we’re looking forward to what 2018 has to bring, I’d be remiss if I did not take the time to highlight some of the many achievements our team accomplished this past year. From origination and processing to underwriting and closing, everyone within our company played a critical role in our continued growth and success.
Rather than resting on our laurels, we continued to raise the bar in terms of what it means to be successful at what we do. Here are just a few of our most memorable moments and notable achievements this year.
Earning a moCADEMY Award
Ross Mortgage was proud to receive a moCADEMY Award at the Motivity User Conference in 2017. The awards recognize mortgage companies who have distinguished themselves among their peers for the ability to utilize mortgage business intelligence software to scale operations and drive a culture that results in a more efficient and productive organization.
We’ve worked hard to foster a culture of internal innovation that enables us to adjust to the evolving needs of homebuyers and adapt quickly to changing regulatory requirements. This commitment to exceptional service includes providing our team with the tools, technologies and processes that will enable them to excel in their individual roles and contribute to the greater good of the organization.
Having one of our own recognized as a MMLA Rising Star
Ross Mortgage loan officer assistant Trisha Blaszczyk received the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association’s (MMLA) Rising Star Award this past spring. The award recognizes an individual that is new to the industry who has excelled in their profession. We’re very proud to see our employees flourish, as we recognize that it is their hard work that allows Ross Mortgage to continue to grow and succeed.
Supporting Life Remodeled’s community revitalization program
Ross Mortgage has always recognized the importance of giving back to the communities we serve and reside in. This summer, as a part of our H.O.P.E. initiative, we closed our offices for a day and worked to clean up and rejuvenate a local Detroit neighborhood with Life Remodeled.
Growing our leadership team
This year, we had some exciting changes in terms of management! As I transitioned into the role of CEO, 15-year Ross Mortgage veteran, Tim Pascarella, was promoted to President. Tim has been a key contributor to company development throughout his career and has the proven ability to grow our mortgage banking programs with a clear vision that will benefit Ross Mortgage. As CEO of Ross Mortgage, I will continue to lead the company’s senior executive team and work toward the continued expansion of the business across Michigan and the Midwest.
Growing our origination and lending support team
We understand just how important it is to hire the right people and nurture their growth throughout their professional career. From origination and processing through underwriting and closing, we could not be more proud of our team for rallying around every loan to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. It’s through their collective efforts that we have been able to earn the trust and respect of real estate peers and homebuyers.
Receiving positive client feedback
Last but not least, the focus shifts to our incredible client base, with whom we enjoy working to make their home buying dreams become a reality. We love hearing from our customers after they’ve settled into their new homes and enjoy reading the feedback we receive on Facebook.
As a family-owned and operated company, we pursue each loan with a hands-on approach and strive to make the mortgage lending process simple and easy to understand for our clients. We treat each loan as if it were our own and believe every homebuyer deserves to receive a personalized experience. It is this personal approach to lending that has helped us earn the trust of Michigan homebuyers for nearly 70 years, and a promise that we will continue to uphold during the next seventy years of operation.
