Ross Mortgage Corporation Opens New Office in Kentucky
We have some exciting news to share regarding the growth of our company! As we continue to expand our presence across the Midwest and beyond, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our first office in the state of Kentucky. The new branch is located at 139 West Public Square in the heart of Glasgow, just a short walk from the historic Plaza Theatre.
At Ross Mortgage, we enjoy working with individuals who share our company values. We continue to seek out and hire the best mortgage lending professionals in the business with the talent, connections and resources to uphold our branch standards in a new market. That’s why we’re delighted to add local mortgage lender Matthew Stevens as our branch manager, as well as loan officers Juanita Hill and Craig Davis and sales manager Anne Bunch into the Ross Mortgage family in our newest Kentucky office.
To help you get to know them better, we sat down with Matthew and asked him a few questions about his new role at Ross Mortgage. Here’s what he had to say!
What will your role be at the new branch?
Together as a team, we will provide a full range of mortgage products to fit any homebuyer’s financial needs. We will be responsible for originating loans and coordinating community outreach efforts to build relationships with local residents and real estate professionals. Plus, our branch co-sponsors the “At the Movies” event, which treats the community to a free show at our local theater, provides continued education for local realtors and hosts first time homebuyer seminars both virtually and in person.
What are you looking forward to most about representing Ross Mortgage in Kentucky?
I am eager to bring the experience-based culture and passion for excellence that Ross Mortgage Corporation is known for to the South-Central Kentucky market. The mortgage industry is ever-changing, and I intend for our branch to be the tip of the spear in innovation, collaboration and education.

Aligning with Ross Mortgage’s values, I’m committed to serving my local community and helping clients navigate the home buying and mortgage loan process with a positive and low-stress experience. I’m the only Military Mortgage Boot Camp certified originator in Kentucky and serve as a specialist in military mortgage lending. Additionally, I’m a member of the Glasgow-Barren County Chamber of Commerce, the Mortgage Loan Officer Network and serve as a coordinator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself?
My wife and I have seven children and have been foster/adoptive parents for over a decade. In 2002, I earned the distinct honor as the Texas State High School Champion Drum Major. I guess that means I served as the chief nerd of the high school! I have served as a state weapons instructor for more than a decade and enjoy recreational shooting in my spare time.
