We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with our friends at Devon Title, an attorney-based title insurance and escrow service company based in Michigan, to host our largest continuing education seminar ever!
Here are the details:
- What: Our spring seminar is a one-day event containing five different real estate continuing education courses. Not only will you gain critical, firsthand insight about the opportunities and challenges facing today’s homebuyers, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a total of six approved credit hours for real estate continuing education requirements.
- Who: If you’re a member of the Southeast Michigan real estate community, we’d love to have you join us for this special event. This one-day session is designed to help you learn more about improving credit, structuring new home construction purchases, as well as positioning VA and 203(k) loans to buyers and sellers.
- When: Thursday, April 16 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Where: Troy Community Center — 3179 Livernois Rd. Troy, MI 48083
- Cost: $10 for the day
