FHA Back to Work Program Helps Previous Homeowners Buy Again

November 15, 2013

It’s no secret the recession was hard on a lot of homeowners. While some suffered property devaluation, others suffered job loss and were forced to file for bankruptcy or foreclosure as a result of circumstances outside of their control.

If the recession caused you to experience a financial hardship that resulted in bankruptcy, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu or short sale, we have good news to share with you!

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released new Federal Housing Administration (FHA) lending guidelines that can help you obtain mortgage financing and become a homeowner again, in as little as one year.

At Ross Mortgage, we understand the happiness homeownership brings and are dedicated to helping Michigan homebuyers buy again! Starting today, we’ll be publishing a series of short videos to help educate homebuyers about the new FHA Back to Work program.

In the above video, Tim Ross, president of Ross Mortgage Corporation, explains how the FHA Back to Work program can help homebuyers who were impacted by the recession buy again.
