Since we opened our doors in 1949, we’ve been committed to employee satisfaction and have made it a priority to recognize our staff members for their contributions and career achievements. It’s a big reason why the state’s top loan officers choose to work for us, and why we’re one of the most respected mortgage companies in Michigan.

From origination and processing to underwriting and closing, everyone within our company plays a critical role in our continued growth and success.

At Ross Mortgage, we annually honor our top producing loan officers with an induction into the President’s Club for reaching their production goals and upholding our standard of operational excellence. We also recently awarded two of our outstanding team members with the Ross Mortgage Corporation Core Values Award. This prestigious award is presented annually to the individuals who best exhibits our core values (Helpful, Hard Working, Knowledgeable, Do the Right Thing) in all aspects of work, family and community.

Recently, we created our Top Ops Award to celebrate the outstanding contributions of individuals from different departments throughout our network of offices across the state.

We’re delighted to announce this year’s Top Ops Award recipients, each of whom were nominated by their peers. Keep reading to learn more about these unsung heroes and how they exemplify our core values in their line of work.

Judy Boote, a senior loan processor at our Brighton branch, won the Top Ops Helping Hand Award. Judy consistently helps others at her branch, and partners with corporate employees to make sure customer experience is at its highest level. Her professionalism and subject matter knowledge makes her stand out as a high performer and a cherished partner.

Jackie Corazza, a compliance manager at our corporate office, won the Top Ops Excellence in Support Services Award. Jackie helps us navigate the maze that is compliance in order to meet deadlines and disclose required information in a timely manner. She also helps by working to expedite files and keeps in constant communication with her team. She is always willing to help or have her awesome team step in to get our loans to the closing table.

Chuck Hubbert, our director of information technology, won the Tops Ops Unsung Hero Award. Chuck works around the clock to keep our systems up and running. Midnights, weekends, holidays, and on early mornings, he is working on our IT in numerous ways. It’s often not only a thankless job, but a job that receives the brunt of frustration. Chuck’s perseverance and dedication makes him a valuable employee and coworker to have. Without his support and commitment, our company would be unable to meet even the smallest customer need.

We cannot understate how thankful we are to be represented by a team of mortgage professionals who consistently go above and beyond to uphold our commitment to serving customers with integrity, professionalism, honesty and respect.
