Ross Mortgage Partners With Industry Experts For Local Home Buying Seminars

Purchasing a home is a major investment, and the process of buying a home can be complicated to navigate. A big part of my job as a loan officer at Ross Mortgage Corporation involves educating homebuyers about the mortgage lending process and the different types of mortgage loans available. We’re passionate about guiding customers through the home buying process and helping people find a mortgage loan that’s right for them.

I believe I speak for all of us when I say there’s no greater reward than helping people achieve the American Dream of homeownership. I especially enjoy being able to provide mortgage financing to people who are the first person in their family to own a home.

When a longtime friend and partner of mine, Evduza Ramaj, owner of Inside Realty, approached me about participating in a series of home buying seminars, I was excited to get involved.

“Many folks in the area have no idea where to start the home buying process,” Evduza said. “By getting a group of real estate and lending professionals together in one room to educate home buyers about the process and available programs, we can encourage consumers that homeownership is within reach and a possibility for everyone. All it takes is people who care.”

Our goal is to inspire attendees to take action and make their homeownership dreams a reality. Whether you want to fix your credit, buy a home or refinance your existing mortgage loan, we have a panel of industry experts who can help answer your questions.

In these home buying seminars, we’ll cover:

  • The fastest and easiest ways to search for homes and be competitive in this market.
  • The general requirements of purchasing a home, such as mortgage pre-approvals, proof of cash, etc.
  • How to navigate the mortgage process.
  • What homebuyers (and homeowners) can do to reduce debt, improve their credit score and reduce their monthly mortgage payments.
  • Available home buying assistance programs.
  • How previously foreclosed and/or bankrupt homeowners can buy again.

We’ll even provide you with a free credit report so you can start your home buying journey with confidence!

Our next event will be held this Saturday, April 26 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Oakland Pointe Shopping Center in Pontiac, MI. We will be providing a continental breakfast and giving away door prizes to guests who arrive early. We hope to see you there! To register for the event, click here.
