Ross Mortgage Corporation Named Amongst Top MSHDA Lenders

on
March 31, 2014

Thanks to our exceptional team of expert loan officers, we are proud to announce Ross Mortgage Corporation was recently ranked number four in the Top MSHDA Lenders in the state. We would also like to congratulate our team member Gordie MacDougall for being recognized as one of MSHDA’s top loan originators.

Like MSHDA (Michigan State Housing Development Authority), we believe all Michigan residents deserve the opportunity of homeownership. As an MSHDA-approved lender, we work hard to make sure families and individuals in Michigan are educated about financial assistance programs offered through the state, such as down payment assistance programs.

Ross Mortgage loan officer Harry Prisby was also recognized as one of MSHDA’s top producing loan officers in 2014.

“The most gratifying part of my job is helping homebuyers who would not otherwise be eligible to receive mortgage financing obtain the assistance they need to become homeowners,” said Harry. “Not many people realize there are assistance programs available for homebuyers, so it’s my job to spread the word and help buyers begin their journey to homeownership.”

Eric Dusenbury, a business development representative for MSHDA, said, “We enjoy partnering with mortgage lenders who share our goal of revitalizing the Michigan housing market by offering MSHDA programs. Each year, we recognize the loan officers and organizations making a positive impact in their respective communities.”

At Ross Mortgage, we understand the joy homeownership brings and are committed to helping Michigan residents achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Our personal approach to lending has helped us earn the trust of Michigan homebuyers for more than 60 years. Let us put our experience to work for you!
